Riaan brings a wealth of experience in the construction industry to C3. In his role as Project Manager, Riaan continues to use his diversified knowledge base in the field on a daily basis. Riaan learned his trade in South Africa as a custom homebuilder and further developed his construction experience working in the United Kingdom.

Riaan managed a team responsible for an essential and substantial portion of the works on “The Phillimores”, a 66 unit residential 6 star property close to Kensington Palace in Central London. This has been the most high-profile residential development in the UK for many years and has won many architectural and design awards for the innovative way in which this modern development has been incorporated within an historic listed building.

The quality of finishing and detailing in “The Phillimores” project has been to an exceptional level and attracted much acclaim in the construction and architectural presses. This project was aimed at the top end of the buoyant UK residential sector and attracted high profile international buyers.

Riaan’s lifetime of experience in the construction industry provides C3 with an exceptional wealth of ability to service our clients in the Residential custom home building market, the residential renovation market, the Commercial new building market, the commercial fit out market and the commercial renovation market. Riaan also holds a “process control instrumentation technician” certificate, which provides him with the knowledge to understand the mechanics involved in the Mechanical and Electrical side of our business. The standard and tolerances which Riaan is accustomed to working with provide our C3 customers with finish qualities unparalleled in the Cayman Islands.
