On April 2011 we engaged Cayman Contemporary Construction for a house addition. It was a project to be built while the owner was living in the house, therefore minimum possible disruption was a big consideration.

Administratively the project was very well managed; making sure the client was always informed of all decisions and accounts. After working with CCC on this project we have them on our list of contractors to bid future projects”
